Would members and riders of all ages wishing to ride the CCN event at Hetton on Saturday note that due to the cancellation of the Neil White Memorial Race this Sunday, we may well get more riders than normal as there isn't a race in the area. 

All riders will be welcome, but I'm asking everyone to note that we have been requested to vacate the venue by 12 noon if possible to make way for a running race on the track.  I anticipate that the main problem will be as riders get changed and socialise after our event and runners looking to get ready and warm up arrive. 

All we can do is show courtesy for this request - we don't often have a clash like this and the running organisation has legitimately hired the afternoon session through Springboard.
