Sorry I haven't done a blog in a while. I should’ve told you that Joe can't get onto the website so he can't do any blogs.
This weekend, we went down near Birmingham for the National Cyclo Cross Champs. There was no Hawks riding as the U12 Race was cancelled, which Thomas and Emma B were going to ride. We went down on the Friday night after tea to stop over night in a hotel. On the Saturday, we had a bit of a lie in, unlike the usual 7o'clock waking up. We set off for Sutton Park (that’s where the races were held). Thomas & Emma took their bikes anyway so that they could ride around the course that they should have been riding. Adam M raced and finished an excellent 7th place! My dad was in the Vets race. He came 64th out of 93 other riders. On the Sunday was the Juniors race. Joe Home rode and came 16th.
We had a great weekend and had the usual Dumb & Dumber (Emma & Thomas) moments as well!! :P
