well a thought it was about time i gave a proper distance time trial ago, and take the chance to test out one of the new hetton tt helmets ( wich look pritty cool !!! )

it was a 10 mile tt up lumley ( well just under 10 mile a think ) and the course is pritty flat, although there is a few clicks to catch you out if your not concentrating, you do two laps of the course so its good to see your split times, so you can see if you are keeping the same effort through out

just thought i'd tell everyone who wasnt there about the club ride that was on last saturday over at ponteland...

we all met up at ponteland for just before 10, and set off at 10... we then headed over to ( i cant remember were we went actualy, maybe tony can tell you's all :) )

we split up into 2groups with the stronger people in one group and the younger ones in the other ( and the realy old ones...lol )

we made our way along some cracking roads, making use of everything we've learned at saturdays training at hetton...
